What's the cost? Do you cover everything?
I love this question, the reason why, it opens up conversation on what you really want to have on your big day! Our cost is based on what package fits your needs, and how many guest will be attending your event. Every event is different as well as person(s).
Bartending we cover everything that you'll need, including general and liquor liability insurance for our bartenders. The only thing we can't cover is the alcohol, due to licensing restrictions by the State of California, Tumbleweed Tavern doesn't not provide or sell alcohol, the bonus to hiring a "dry bar" is the flexibility of purchasing your own alcohol at some bigger retail stores, or shopping around locally to get the best buy for your event. We currently offer four different package, starting out at $13 per person.
Catering we can provide menu customization, meal preparation, setup and service, we can tailor our services to meet your specific needs. We know that everyones needs widely depend on your event type, budget and desired atmosphere. Our goal is to provide a memorable dining experience that complements the occasion. We currently offer three packages, with the option to add additional proteins, sides, and salads, to accommodate your needs for your special day. Starting out at $35 per person..
We need bartenders, can we just hire you?
Yes! We understand that certain venues may not have the space for the Tavern, but that bartenders are still needed and we can accommodate your needs, with our bartending only service.
How do we save the date?
We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 for catering service and $200 for bartending and completed contract to save a date. We can only guarantee a booking once both are received on a first come, first serve basis.
