What's the cost? Do you cover everything?

I love this question, the reason why, it opens up conversation on what you really want to have on your big day! Our cost is based on what package fits your needs, and how many guest will be attending your event. Every event is different as well as person(s).


We cover everything that you'll need, including general and liquor liability insurance. The only thing we can't cover is the alcohol, due to licensing restrictions by the State of California, Tumbleweed Tavern Mobile Beverage Service doesn't not provide or sell alcohol, the bonus to hiring a "dry bar" is the flexibility of purchasing your own alcohol at some bigger retail stores, or shopping around locally to get the best buy for your event.


We need bartenders, can we just hire you?

Yes! We understand that certain venues may not have the space for the Tavern, but that bartenders are still needed and we can accommodate your needs, with our bartending only service.


How do we save the date?

We require a non-refundable deposit of $150 and completed contract to save a date. We can only guarantee a booking once both are received on a first come, first serve basis.
